AVOXI Adds New Executive Hires to Support Continued Cloud Voice Software Momentum
CFO Jeff Richek and VP of Product Jason Simpson Expand Operations and Product Innovation to Increase Customer Value
ATLANTA – Oct. 23, 2024 – AVOXI, a global leader in cloud voice software for contact centers, today welcomed new hires Jeff Richek as Chief Financial Officer, and Jason Simpson as Vice President of Product. The addition of two technology and SaaS industry veterans furthers AVOXI’s ability to provide multinational enterprises with superior global cloud voice software.

As CFO, Jeff Richek brings more than two decades of experience in finance and strategic leadership. He’s tasked with guiding AVOXI’s financial strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting growth objectives. Previously, he was CFO for Lumaverse Technologies, and VP of Finance at BOLD. Jeff’s experience also includes key financial roles at CashEdge and Grant Thornton. An extensive background in software and finance equips him with a unique perspective on efficiently managing businesses with technology-driven solutions.
With 20+ years of expertise in product management, user experience, and strategic leadership, Jason Simpson joins AVOXI as VP of Product. He’ll direct the solutions and UX teams to further execute on AVOXI’s customer-centric strategy and advance its software and technology roadmap. Before AVOXI, Jason served as VP of Product Management at Vector Solutions, and held leadership roles at LiveSafe, Metricly Netuitive, and webMethods.
