AVOXI Introduces Suite of APIs for Building Custom Global Communications

ATLANTA – August 25th, 2021 – AVOXI, a global Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), announced the launch of their new set of APIs, providing enterprise customers programmable voice solutions for accessing their robust global inventory of numbers in 170+ countries.

AVOXI Communication APIs

AVOXI’s flexible APIs enable businesses to integrate custom communications solutions into their portfolio to better scale their own software reach. Current voice APIs provided by AVOXI include inventory look up, service provisioning, configuration of numbers, and call detail and costing. Roadmap items currently in progress include exposing existing internal APIs for User Management, Call Control, Messaging/SMS, and Speech. 

AVOXI’s APIs are available now to customers worldwide. AVOXI has worked with existing platform users to implement the API suite and associated documentation. The APIs are built using industry-standard parameters to enable clients to more quickly integrate them into their platforms with minimal new code or development time. AVOXI expects its API suite will seamlessly integrate alongside other CPaaS providers to improve call routing, enhance communication workflow and increase global service reach for customers.
