AVOXI Kickstarts the Year with Record Revenue in Q1 and Accelerating Growth

ATLANTA – April 28, 2021 – AVOXI, a global Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), announced accelerated growth in the first quarter of 2021. With a robust integration portfolio, multiple industry awards and continued account growth, AVOXI wraps Q1 with record revenue and accelerating growth for the year ahead.
Accelerating Growth
With a strong Q1 close, AVOXI recognizes substantial growth across both revenue expansion and global voice coverage. Rapid product development in 2020 proves beneficial to the start of 2021, resulting in broader platform adoption and a 135% increase in dollar-based revenue expansion over the prior year.
With continued growth in their global voice coverage, AVOXI’s provisioning team pursues additional geographies and number types, driving up numbers sold by 147% year over year.

Complementing this growth, AVOXI continues to expand its integration capabilities to meet the increasing enterprise customer need for transparent and automated presentation of customer conversations. Released in March, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing introduced the company’s SIP platform integrations, allowing even more platforms to benefit from AVOXI’s industry-leading global voice offering.
