AVOXI Launches 2-Way Local Voice in 20 Countries Including China, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Russia with TrueLocal Service

ATLANTA – May 6th, 2021 – AVOXI, a global Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), announced the launch of their TrueLocal service, a PSTN replacement that gives enterprise customers reliable two-way calling with local CLI in several countries around the globe. 

Providing hard-to-find local DID numbers with in-country caller ID for both inbound and outbound calling, AVOXI TrueLocal enables enterprises to increase customer confidence and expand reachability.  AVOXI has been piloting this service for nearly a year with several key enterprise clients in challenging environments such as China. The company has leveraged its regulatory and infrastructure resources in Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East to create the initial 2021 countries.  With live services currently in China, South Africa, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Costa Rica, Ecuador, the Philippines, Australia AVOXI is rapidly expanding to other geographies to meet customer demand over the coming weeks. The company is accepting orders now for all 2021 countries and expects all locations to be fully operational by the end of 2Q21.

The AVOXI platform combines years of international expertise and in-country relationships with a customized routing solution to ensure that all local calls are routed correctly without complex trunking and manual customer routing. The platform utilizes a routing design – AVOXI SmartRoute to create the appropriate paths for delivery for both in country and international services. The AVOXI  software platform does all the call routing work for clients backed up by  global in country resources in Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
